A solid and robust frying pan in carbon steel. Just like all other frying pans from Stabilotherm, it is made in our own factory from Swedish carbon steel.
The size of the pan makes it perfect for larger parties. The high edges make it extra suitable for casseroles, risottos and casseroles.
The pan is equipped with two folding handles.
Now it’s time to season your new frying pan, to helps ensure a
non-stick surface. Oil the pan with a thin layer of cooking oil over the entire pan.
Place the frying pan straight into the fire. Leave it there until the oil starts to smoke and change color. Repeat the procedure 3-5 times.
If the pan starts to get dry, apply another thin layer of oil.
A seasoned pan turns brownish black, often lighter att he edges. Over time, it will get darker and more beautiful.
