3 Chorizo sausages
3 potatoes
1 Grilled pepper (in a jar)
1-2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp tomato paste
0.5 yellow onion
1 dl red wine
1 dl water
Salt, pepper and smoked paprika
Tip!
If you want a more filling stew, you can pour in green lentils at the end.
Tasty stew with taste of smoky paprika, garlic, chilli and wine.
Instructions:
To begin, peel and slice the potatoes into approximately 0.5 cm wide pieces. Heat a frying pan with a bit of butter and salt, and fry the potato slices until they are golden brown.
As the potatoes cook, chop the onion, garlic, chilli, grilled pepper, and chorizo.
Add everything you just chopped to the frying pan with the potatoes. Allow to fry together for a while and then mix in tomato puree. Fry some more.
Next, add wine and water to the frying pan and let it boil and reduce. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
Finally, serve the dish with a baguette and enjoy!
