Grilled new potatoes

Youll need:
20 potatoes
50 g butter in room temperature
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup chopped herbs: e.g. parsley and basil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
flake salt
Instructions:
Boil the new potatoes in lightly salted water, barely soft! Pour off the water. Let cool slightly. Thread the potatoes onto skewers. Mix room temperature butter, oil with chopped herbs and pressed garlic. Place the skewer on the grill and brush/click the butter on the potatoes. Sprinkle with flake salt. Let the potatoes be grilled until they get a nice crispy grill surface. Enjoy the wonderfully tasty potatoes together with either grilled meat or only herring and sour cream.
