Campfire brie

Youll need:

250g halved cherry tomatoes

1-2 cloves garlic, minced

extra-virgin olive oil

salt

Freshly ground black pepper

red chili flakes

1 medium siz brie

Balsamic glaze and basil for garnish.

Instructions:

Mix togheter cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and season, to taste, with salt, pepper, and chilli flakes.
Fry the in our Jägarstekpanna original until the tomatoes are soft.
Toast som baguette slices on the BBQ grid until golden.
Place the brie in our Jägarstekpanna original over an open fire. Flip after a couple of minutes and top with tomato mixture. Cook until brie is melted, about 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with balsamic glaze and basil.
Serve with toasted baguette slices.
